In Stuart for a week or so, did our provisioning, fueled up and went to Lake Worth on the 5th of Dec. Made our crossing on the 6th, a bit lumpy in the morning, but made West End Grand Bahama and checked in by 3pm. We anchored in place called Gin Sur Mer, which at one point was to be a resort but nothing has happened in years. Very cool place tho, lots of infrastructure, but you see that a lot here. Left in the morning of the 8th to a private dock by Lucaya for a few days before taking off for the Berries. Walked on the beach and had Rum Punches at Tony’s, was good to see life returning to Grand Bahama. Went into the Lucaya Marketplace and had pizza at Pisces, saw our favorite bartender, he survived Dorian and was doing good. They still have a water issue, so we could not get water there.
