Wednesday. Moved back to David’s folks for a few days before we leave to go to Walker. Did some final visits with his sister Vikki and her husband James. Spent Monday the 22^nd (David’s birthday) with his folks and went to Khans Mongolian BBQ (a favorite place) for dinner.
Said all our goodbyes and left on the 23^rd for my sister Mary’s in Walker. It was nice to get going again. Pretty drive up thru Minnesota to the Leech Lake area. Made it by 3:30.
It was good to see Mary and Steve. Will be here for a week maybe 2 or so before going up into Canada. We had some doctor appointments and other business to take care of in Duluth so made that trip by car on the 25^th, also to see my brother Tim. Back in Walker we had a good time, went for walks, a long (25mile) bike ride, they have great bike trails here, a boat ride and just romping around town. Had a couple campfires and went to dinner at Shingobee on the Bay with Mary and Steven.
